Kelly Lawes: Born and bred in Penrith, I studied initially at Carlisle College, Cumbria and completed NVQs 2&3 prior to continuing my studies with Level 3 Diplomas in Indian Head Massage and Reflexology before going on to complete a Certificate in Education (post-compulsory sector). 

My background includes over 12 years in a number of local 4 star Hotels and Spas, 3 years as a Course Manager and Tutor for Levels 1-3 in Beauty & Complementary Therapies and 6 years in popular town centre and city centre salons.

My favourite treatments are those where my clients can completely switch off from daily life and I especially enjoy delivering my ‘Time for you’ package.

I have also brought the Japanese Head Spa to Penrith after experiencing this divine treatment myself 18 months ago in a nearby city. If you like getting your hair washed at the hairdressers you will LOVE this offering.
